    Selling Process - How to Handle an Order

    Here we will show the steps to be taken by the Seller when a product is ordered by the buyer. The selling process on Tijarat is designed to be straightforward and efficient, ensuring both buyers and sellers have a positive experience throughout the transaction.

    "Buy" order reaches the seller via email and via the message on the site notification system (Bell). Seller can click the link in the email or the message in the site notification system (Bell) to access the order details and begin processing.

    Step 1: Order Notification

    When a buyer places an order for your product, you will receive immediate notifications through multiple channels to ensure you don't miss any orders. The order notification includes all the essential information you need to fulfill the order promptly.

    Order Email Notification:
    You will receive a detailed email containing the order information including:
    - Buyer's name and contact information
    - Shipping address details
    - Product(s) ordered with quantities
    - Order total amount and payment method
    - Order number for tracking purposes
    - Direct link to manage the order in your seller dashboard

    Site Notification System:
    A notification will also appear in your seller dashboard bell icon, providing quick access to order management without needing to check your email constantly.

    Step 2: Access Order Details

    The Order page inside the Seller Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all order details. This central hub allows you to manage all aspects of order fulfillment efficiently. The order management interface displays:
    - Complete order summary with itemized details
    - Buyer contact information and shipping address
    - Current order status and timeline
    - Payment confirmation details
    - Tools to update shipping and delivery information

    Step 3: Pack and Ship the Order (Within 24 Hours)

    Within 24 hours of receiving the order, the seller needs to pack and ship the order. Also, the seller must update the Delivery Status to "Shipped" and enter Shipping details. Not doing this step within 24 hours will be a violation of the seller's code of conduct.

    Packing Requirements:
    - Ensure products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit - Include all items mentioned in the order - Use appropriate packaging materials for the product type - Include any necessary documentation or instructions - Double-check the shipping address before dispatching

    Shipping Information Update:
    Once you have shipped the order, you must update the system with:
    - Courier service name (TCS, Leopards, Blue-Ex, etc.)
    - Tracking number provided by the courier
    - Expected delivery date
    - Any special handling instructions
    - Change delivery status from "Processing" to "Shipped"

    Step 4: Confirm Shipment

    When the seller clicks "Submit" button an email is sent to the buyer along with an SMS text message on their mobile number, informing them of the order shipment along with the Courier's name and Tracking-ID.

    This automatic notification system ensures buyers are immediately informed about their order status and can track their package. The notification includes:
    - Confirmation that the order has been shipped
    - Courier service details
    - Tracking number for package monitoring
    - Estimated delivery timeframe
    - Contact information for any delivery-related queries

    After clicking "Submit" button, the Order page will update to reflect the new "Shipped" status, and you can monitor the delivery progress through your seller dashboard.

    Step 5: Update Delivery Status (Within 24 Hours of Delivery)

    Within 24 hours of the order delivery, the seller must change the Delivery Status from "Shipped" to "Delivered". Not doing this step within 24 hours will be a violation of the seller's code of conduct.

    Monitoring Delivery:
    - Track the package through the courier's tracking system - Monitor delivery confirmation notifications - Contact the courier if there are any delivery delays - Verify successful delivery with the buyer if necessary - Update the status promptly once delivery is confirmed

    Delivery Confirmation Process:
    Once you confirm that the package has been delivered:
    - Log into your seller dashboard
    - Navigate to the specific order
    - Change the delivery status to "Delivered"
    - Add any delivery notes if applicable
    - Submit the status update

    Step 6: Complete the Transaction

    After changing the Delivery Status to "Delivered" and clicking the submit button, delivery process is completed. At this stage an email is sent to the buyer to rate and review the product and also rate the seller.

    Transaction Completion:
    When you mark the order as delivered, several automated processes occur:
    - Buyer receives notification of successful delivery
    - Review and rating request is sent to the buyer
    - Payment processing for COD orders is finalized
    - Order status is updated to "Completed"
    - Transaction becomes eligible for seller rating

    Step 7: Seller Review of Buyer

    Seller is encouraged to provide a review for the buyer. This mutual review system helps build trust and credibility within the Tijarat marketplace community.

    Buyer Review Guidelines:
    When reviewing buyers, consider the following factors:
    - Communication quality and responsiveness
    - Payment timeliness (for prepaid orders)
    - Overall transaction experience

    Buyer Review Process

    This completes the Selling process and Seller's tasks on Tijarat. Below is information about the review process that buyers go through after receiving their orders.

    Review Email to Buyer:
    After the order is marked as delivered, buyers receive an email requesting them to rate their experience. This email contains:
    - Order summary and details
    - Direct link to the review page
    - Instructions for rating both product and seller
    - Encouragement to provide honest feedback
    - Information about the importance of reviews

    Product and Seller Review Page:
    Clicking on the "Rate your experience" link in the email will take the buyer to the Product & Seller review page. Buyers are encouraged to provide honest and candid review and ratings covering:
    - Product quality and description accuracy
    - Packaging and shipping experience
    - Seller communication and service
    - Overall satisfaction with the purchase
    - Recommendations for other potential buyers

    Communication:
