Here we will show how to make Buy items at Tijarat.com. We will show how to buy a single or multiple items. We will also show how to buy by using "BUY IT NOW" option. We will also show the process of buying an item through "MAKE AN OFFER" option.
Example of buying single or multiple items:
- It's advisable to login to Tijarat using your User-Id before making a purchase. If you try buying an item without being logged-in, you will be asked for your User-Id and password and then you will be led on to the Checkout page.
- To buy a product or multiple products please follow the process shown below.
Navigate through the Tijarat marketplace to find products you want to purchase. You can browse by categories like Electronics, Fashion, Health & Beauty, etc. Use the search function to find specific items or browse through different product categories available in the navigation menu.
Please choose the item you would like to buy and follow the process: Click on any product to view its details. On the product detail page, you'll see the product image, title, price, description, and available options like size, color, and quantity. You'll also find two main purchase options: "Add to Cart" for multiple items shopping, and "Buy Now" for immediate purchase. Select your preferred quantity and any available options before proceeding.
You can hover over the cart and pop-up window will show up with links to "View Cart" and "Check Out" pages. You can choose to go to either page. After adding items to your cart, you can hover over the cart icon in the header to see a mini cart preview. This popup shows your cart items with options to "View Cart" (to see full cart page) or "Check Out" (to proceed directly to checkout). The cart icon also displays the number of items currently in your cart.
View Cart Page: The cart page displays all your selected items with their images, names, prices, quantities, and seller information. You can modify quantities, remove items, or continue shopping from this page. The page shows calculated subtotals, applicable taxes, discounts, and the total amount. There's also a "Proceed to Checkout" button to move to the payment process.
"Check Out" page: The checkout page requires you to fill in your shipping address details including name, email, phone number, country, city, state, zip code, and full address. You can also choose to bill to a different address if needed. Select your preferred shipping method (options may include flat rate, local pickup, or free shipping) and payment method (such as Direct Bank Transfer, Cheque Payment, or Cash on Delivery). Review your order summary before proceeding.
After you click "Confirm Order" your order will be completed, and order details will be sent to the Seller to start the shipping process. You will get an email and a SMS confirming receipt of your order. After clicking "Confirm Order", you'll see an order confirmation page showing your order number, items purchased, total amount, shipping address, and estimated delivery time. The system automatically sends order details to the seller(s) to begin the shipping process. You'll receive both email and SMS confirmations with your order details and tracking information will be provided once the seller ships your items.
One can choose to buy an immediately without moving to cart and then finishing the purchase process. Below is an example of how one could buy an item using "BUY IT NOW" option.
On the product detail page, instead of "Add to Cart", click the "Buy Now" button for immediate purchase. This option bypasses the shopping cart entirely and takes you directly to the checkout process. Select your desired quantity and any available options (size, color) before clicking "Buy Now". This is ideal for single-item purchases when you want to complete the transaction quickly.
You will be taken straight to Check Out page, where you can complete the purchase after confirming the Shipping Address. When using "Buy Now", you're taken directly to the checkout page with your selected item already loaded. Complete the same checkout process: enter shipping address, select payment method, and confirm your order. The difference is that you skip the cart management step entirely, making this the fastest way to purchase individual items. After you click "Confirm Order" your order will be completed, and order details will be sent to the Seller to start the shipping process.
(Note: This option is only available if the seller has enabled this option for the listed product. Some sellers may decide not to accept any offers and may not enable this option.)
Third way of buying an item at Tijarat is by using "MAKE AN OFFER" option (If enabled by the seller). The process goes like this:
- Buyer makes an offer for the product "lower" than the listed price, seller will be informed immediately of the offer via email and the message notification system (bell) on the site, seller has 24 hours to either accept the offer, reject the offer or make a counter-offer for a price seller is willing to accept, that message of acceptance, rejection or counter-offer will be sent to the buyer via email and the message notification system (bell) on the site.
At that moment buyer can do the following:
1. If the offer has been rejected, the buyer can either try raising the offered price or just go ahead and purchase the item at the listed price.
2. If the offer was rejected but a "counter offer" was sent by the seller, the buyer can either accept that "counter offer" and purchase the item or else reject the "counter offer" and move on and not purchase that item.
3. If the buyer's original offer was accepted by the seller the buyer can go ahead complete the Check-Out process and purchase the item.
First let's see how to "make an offer" for a product: Buyer will need to be logged-in with your User-Id and password before proceeding. If the buyer tries to make an offer without being logged-in, the buyer will be taken to the Login window and after entering User-Id and password, he/she will be taken to the "MAKE AN OFFER" window. On eligible product pages, you'll see a "Make an Offer" button alongside the regular purchase options. This feature allows you to propose a lower price than the listed amount. You must be logged in to use this feature.
Buyer will be taken to the "MAKE AN OFFER" page where the buyer can enter the offer price and then click "Submit Offer" link. The "Make an Offer" page displays the product details and current listing price. You can enter your proposed offer amount (which must be lower than the listing price) in the designated input field. After entering your offer price, click the "Submit Offer" button to send your proposal to the seller. The system will validate that your offer is reasonable and within acceptable limits.
Buyer's offer will be sent to the seller via email and the site message notification system (bell). Once you submit your offer, the seller receives immediate notification through two channels: an email notification and a site notification that appears as a bell icon in their account header. Your offer details including the proposed price and product information are sent to the seller for their review and response.
Seller has 24 hours to either Accept, Reject or to make a Counter Offer to the buyer. Response of the seller will reach the buyer via email and site message notification system (bell). Buyer upon receiving the acceptance or counter-offer message, must act "as soon as possible" to complete the purchase (if offer has been accepted or if buyer accepts the counter offer) as there are no stock guarantees in "MAKE AN OFFER" process. If the offer has been rejected, then the buyer can attempt again with a higher offer and wait for the seller's response.
Please note that there are no stock or product guarantees in the "MAKE AN OFFER" process. During "MAKE AN OFFER" process timeframe, some other buyer can come and buy the item at a better price or at full price. (Seller has the final discretion to accept or reject any offer).
The seller receives a detailed email containing the buyer's offer information, including the buyer's name, the product details, original listing price, and the offered amount. The email includes direct links to accept, reject, or make a counter-offer. The seller has 24 hours to respond to the offer before it expires. Seller can also see the message on the notification bell on the site. Clicking on the message will lead to the offer page on the Seller dashboard.
Seller will be taken to the offer page. Seller can choose to either Accept, Reject or to make a Counter Offer. On the seller's offer management page, they can see all pending offers with buyer details, offer amounts, and time remaining to respond. For each offer, the seller has three options: "Accept" (approve the buyer's offer), "Reject" (decline the offer), or "Counter Offer" (propose a different price).
When the Counter Offer option is selected a pop-up window will show up where the seller can enter the Counter Offer "price" to be sent to the buyer. When a seller chooses to make a counter offer, a modal or popup window appears with the original offer details and an input field for the seller to enter their counter-offer price. This price is typically between the buyer's offer and the original listing price. After entering the amount, the seller clicks an "Offer" or "Submit Counter Offer" button to send it to the buyer.
After clicking "Offer" button, message will be sent to the buyer with the Counter-Offer link. After submitting a counter offer, the seller's offer management page updates to show the status of the offer as "Counter Offer Sent". The page displays the timeline of the negotiation including the original buyer offer, the seller's counter offer, and any subsequent responses.
At this stage, the buyer receives email and message on the site notification system (Bell icon on the site) and can proceed as follows:
If the seller has "accepted" the buyer's offer: When a seller accepts the buyer's offer, the buyer receives an acceptance notification via email and site notification. Clicking the link in the acceptance email or notification takes the buyer to a confirmation page showing "Offer Accepted" status with details of the accepted price and an option to proceed to checkout to complete the purchase at the agreed price.
If the seller has "rejected" the buyer's offer: If the seller rejects the offer, the buyer receives a rejection notification. The rejection page shows "Offer Rejected" status and typically provides options for the buyer to either make a new offer with a higher amount or proceed to purchase the item at the original listing price.
If the seller has made a Counter Offer: When the buyer receives a counter offer, the notification page shows the seller's proposed price along with the original offer details. The buyer has options to "Accept Counter Offer" (proceed to checkout with the new price), "Reject Counter Offer" (decline and end negotiations), or "Make New Offer" (propose another price). After accepting the "Counter Offer", the buyer will be taken to the final Check Out page where purchase process can be completed.
